When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on location. UK-based orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Carriers may take 24–48 hours to refresh tracking information. This is completely normal, especially during peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 days, please contact us.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping soon.
